Nityanand Swami and Kailasa Island Nation
Who is Nithyananda Swami?
Nithyananda Swami, also known as Paramahamsa Nithyananda, is an Indian-origin self-proclaimed godman and televangelist. He was born in Tamil Nadu, India, in 1978 and claims to have achieved enlightenment at a young age. He has amassed a large following of devotees worldwide, many of whom consider him to be an incarnation of Lord Shiva.
Nithyananda founded
the international organization, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, which has centers and
ashrams in various countries, including India, the United States, and
Australia. He has been involved in various controversies throughout his career,
including allegations of sexual abuse, financial fraud, and religious
blasphemy.
What is Kailasa Island Nation?
2010, a video surfaced on the internet that showed Nithyananda in a compromising position with an actress, which led to widespread criticism and legal action against him. He was also arrested in 2019 in India on charges of rape and kidnapping, but he managed to escape and fled the country. Currently, he is considered a fugitive from justice, and his whereabouts are unknown.
Kailaasa is not a recognized or legally established island nation. It is a self-proclaimed Hindu sovereign nation that was founded in 2018 by Indian-origin televangelist Nithyananda Swami, who is currently a fugitive from justice.
According to
Nithyananda, Kailaasa is a "cosmic nation" that aims to promote
Hinduism and preserve its ancient traditions and practices. However, it is not
recognized by any government or international organization, and its existence
is considered illegal and invalid by the Indian government.
It is important to
note that Kailaasa has been accused of various illegal activities, including
money laundering and fraud, and the Indian government has issued an arrest
warrant for Nithyananda. As such, it is not a legitimate or safe place to visit
or reside in.
